LASGIDDY.COM acts as a venue to allow Users to offer, sell, and buy just about any allowable good, at anytime, from anywhere within our areas of coverage. We are not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers. As a result, we have no control over the quality, safety or legality of the items advertised, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of sellers to sell items or the ability of buyers to pay for items. We cannot ensure that a buyer or seller will actually complete a transaction. Consequently, we do not transfer legal ownership of items from the seller to the buyer, and nothing in this agreement shall modify the governing provisions of the law under which legal ownership of an item is transferred upon physical delivery of the item to the buyer by the seller.

Without limiting the foregoing, our services are not available to children (persons under the age of 18) or to temporarily or indefinitely mentally disabled individuals. If you are a under the age of 18, you can use this service only in conjunction with, and under the supervision of your parents or guardians. If you do not qualify, please do not use our Site. Further, your LasGiddy account and User ID may not be transferred or sold to another party. If you are registering as a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind the entity to this Agreement.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service.

Our use of any personally identifying information you provide to us as part of the registration process is governed by the terms of our Privacy Policy.

You agree that all information or data of any kind, whether text, software, code, music or sound, photographs or graphics, video or other materials ("Content"), publicly or privately provided, shall be the sole responsibility of the person providing the Content or the person whose user account is used. User Information
Joining and registration at LasGiddy is free. We do not charge fees for listing items for sale through our Site and when you list an item you have an opportunity to review and accept our user agreement before commencing. Our Terms of Use and User agreement are available to be viewed at all times and is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. Users may browse our listings free without any need to register however users must register to be eligible to list items for sale or rent on our website. We reserve the right to change our No Fee and Credits Policy at any time and at our sole discretion after due notice has been given . Any changes to our policy are effective after we provide you with at least fourteen (14) days' notice of the changes by posting the changes on the Site. We may in our sole discretion change some or all of our services at any time. In the event we introduce a new service, the associated policy for that service are effective at the launch of the service.

We use many techniques to verify the accuracy of the information our users provide us when they register on the Site. However, because user verification on the Internet is difficult, LasGiddy cannot and does not confirm each user's purported identity. We encourage you to communicate directly with potential trading partners through the tools available on the Site. You are also adviced to exercise due diligence in consumating all transactions

Termination and Agreement Components
(a) By You. You may terminate this Agreement upon submitting (7) days written notice to LasGiddy for any reason.

(b) By Us. We may terminate this Agreement or any part of the LasGiddy services at any time in the event you breach any obligation hereunder, fail to respond within seven (7) calendar days to an inquiry from us concerning the accuracy or completeness of the registration information provided for the purpose of this Agreement, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated the LasGiddy Terms Of Use Policy, which is located on our Web site and is incorporated herein and made part of this Agreement by reference, or upon thirty (14) days prior written notice if we terminate or significantly alter a product or service offering.

Linking
The Service may provide, or third parties may provide, links to other World Wide Web sites or resources. Because LasGiddy has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that LasGiddy is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any Content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that LasGiddy shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such Content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.
